Charlotte Doyle completed 32 years in the public schools in 1997 (4 years at Riley County High School and 28 years at Manhattan High School). During that time she was an English teacher (and Speech teacher at RCHS) and in the mid 70's became a special education teacher working with adolescents with behavior disorders. She was the department chair for Special Services from sometime in the 80's until she retired. As soon as she retired she went to work at the Manhattan Area Tech College as the Tech Prep Coordinator. She works with Blue Valley High School, Riley County High School, Junction City High School and Manhattan HS. She also teaches "Introduction to Human Exceptionalities" in the spring semester and one session during summer school at K-State. She has supervised graduate students in special education for KSU. 9-20-01
